Here is my November card. Necessity really IS the mother of invention ... I had intended to tie the ribbon around the top of the card, but cut all 10 pieces too short. Instead of wasting it, I used the slit punch & voila! The middle tree is cut from Green Galore using an AccuCut&Emboss die and attached to the card with dimensionals. The star is colored in with yellow Twinklette marker & all the ornaments are colored in with red Twinklette marker.
ETA: This is an Ellison Cut & Emboss die. Sorry for any confusion!

Brilliant the way you "fixed" your ribbon problem. It looks great! I have found that many of my best ideas have come from mistakes!! So, I've learned to embrace my mistakes! Thanks for sharing your ideas. GREAT card - right into my favorites!
